Power and Integrity: Biblical Perspectives on Faithful Leadership

What does Scripture teach about leadership, authority, and integrity? Join us for our Fall 2026 Public Theology Lecture, hosted by the NPTS Bible Field, featuring two Bible scholars engaging in a timely conversation on biblical perspectives on faithful Christian leadership and the challenges of celebrity culture. Each presenter, an Old Testament scholar and a New Testament scholar, will offer a focused reflection from their respective testament as they explore biblical perspectives on leadership, authority, character, and integrity. They will then respond briefly to the other, highlighting points of continuity, tension, and mutual illumination. Discover how we can gain wisdom from the Bible that can help Christian leaders lead with humility, integrity, and accountability as we explore the topics of power, character, and integrity across the Old and New Testaments. This session will be followed by an online audience Q&A.
