Discern & Discover: Tools for Navigating Complexity in Ministry

Do you find yourself struggling with navigating conflict first-hand or as a facilitator? Do you find that you are lonely? Is your ministry and vocation causing you stress?

Join us at Salem Covenant Church in New Brighton, MN, as we navigate how spiritual direction and theological reflection can shape your approach to conflict, loneliness, and vocation through workshops led by North Park Theological Seminary (NPTS) professors. We will be offering a spiritual direction workshop with the Interim Director of The Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction, Ellen Kogstad, along with licensed spiritual directors from the ECC on discernment and holy listening. Pastor and co-director of Contextual and Lifelong Learning at NPTS, Cheryl Lynn Cain, will present tools to navigate conversations, conflict, and collaboration within our communities. Lunch will be provided by North Park University.
