Contextual and Lifelong Learning

Certificate in Multiethnic Church Leadership Virtual Information Session

Date: 03/10/2026, 5:30 p.m.

Come and learn more about the Certificate in Multiethnic Church Leadership, which is offered in collaboration with Midtown Church, a multiethnic and multicampus congregation in the Sacramento, California, metropolitan area.

Seminary admissions staff and Rev. Dr. Efrem Smith from Midtown Church will answer questions and share details about the certificate. Dr. Smith will expand on the particular insight drawn from the history of the African American church that has shaped the perspective of this program, and the ways in which you will be prepared for greater faithfulness and fruitfulness in your ministry by earning this certificate. NPTS admissions staff will talk through the application process and financial commitment for this 13-month program, and there will be time for questions.

This is an excellent opportunity for prospective students, conference leadership, and church leaders to learn more about the ways this certificate will equip leaders with practical theological education, ministry praxis, and ministry competencies in racial and cultural reconciliation, Biblical justice, and intercultural development. The event will take place on Microsoft Teams. Please RSVP below and use the link provided to access the call on Microsoft Teams.
