Panelists will consider how worship and liturgy form us, exploring how our shared practices offer tools to habituate us in Christian hospitality to the “other.”
Dr. Cláudio Carvalhaes is the professor of worship at Union Theological Seminary. An earth thinker, theologian, liturgist, performer, artist, and playwright, Carvalhaes is the father of Libby, Cici, Ike, and Amora and a native of São Paulo, Brazil.
Dr. Melba Padilla Maggay is co-founder and president of the Institute for Studies in Asian Church and Culture and a Micah Global ambassador.
