Multi-Directional Mission

The Center for World Christian Studies is dedicated to preparing leaders for the multidirectional mission of today’s church—serving across cultures, continents, and communities, both locally and globally. Our 12-credit Intercultural Ministry Certificate equips current and future leaders—chaplains, missionaries, clergy, and laity—with a strong missiological foundation and experiential learning to cultivate intercultural humility.

Immersive travel experiences take students to Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Courses are offered in a variety of flexible formats, including online, week-long intensives, and traditional on-campus classes.

Founded in partnership with the Evangelical Covenant Church’s Serve Globally initiative, the Center seeks to train the church for effective global mission. Whether discerning a call to international service or seeking to engage your local community’s changing demographics, the Center for World Christian Studies equips to serve wherever God leads.
