Certificate in Missional Leadership
The graduate certificate offers pastors both theological foundations for missional health and practical tools to assess and lead missional health in their ministry context.
A partnership between North Park Theological Seminary and the Missional Vitality emphasis of the Evangelical Covenant Church (Start and Strengthen Churches), this certificate is appropriate for interim pastors, called pastors, chaplains, missionaries, church planters, lay leaders, and vitality specialists.

- Missional Leadership Practicum (3 hours)

Faculty Spotlight
Rev. Dr. Mary Hendrickson
Rev. Dr. Mary Hendrickson (DMin, Fuller Theological Seminary) has pastored for over twenty years including serving as lead pastor in four congregations. Since 2020, she has served as the Director of Missional Vitality for the Evangelical Covenant Church. In that capacity she has worked with congregations in every region and context in the United States, and with the national Vitality Team, has developed a new and relevant suite of vitality resources.
